We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning and Analysis Associate for the Human Resources and Strategic Incentive Group (HR-SIG). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting workforce planning, executive communication, and external reporting processes, among other duties. This role will report to the HR-SIG Chief Administrative Officer and will play a critical role in driving the success of the HR-SIG group.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the below key areas of focus for the role:


Workforce Planning

  • Manage the quarterly/annual firmwide headcount planning process

  • Lead stakeholder management with end users and data providers across the firm

  • Partner with model builders to optimize and enhance the planning process in Anaplan

  • Own headcount reporting policies and support requests for headcount information from across the firm

Strategy and Program Management

  • Executive communication / storytelling (e.g., Board of Director/senior leadership presentations)

  • HR-SIG strategic planning

  • Manage prioritization of technology and analytics projects, leveraging Jira

  • Firm & team "dot-connector"

  • Supporting leadership on high-impact initiative planning and execution

Administration

  • Govern Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses for HR and compensation related inquiries

  • Procurement and vendor management

  • IT project ROI analysis

  • Budget preparation and tracking

  • Tableau dashboard design

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate and/or external consulting experience or other relevant experience
• Thinks strategically to see the bigger picture to scale
• Communicates a compelling vision and value proposition to leadership
• Demonstrated interest in workforce planning; experience with workforce planning and/or Anaplan is a plus

• Leads and adapts when needed to deliver projects, motivates colleagues to perform to the highest standard
• Experience in leading projects, proven experience in implementing change projects/programs
• Working understanding of business process transition and change management
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellence in the pursuit of outstanding delivery
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Works effectively against strict deadlines
• Highly motivated and positive "can do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player and highly professional
• Excellent skills with MS Office and other relevant resources

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $135,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
