Job Description Summary

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

What you will do:

  • Implement marketing campaigns to promote our brand and investment strategies across institutional investors, wholesale channels, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborate with sales/investor relations, investment specialists, and investment professionals to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Develop and implement local conference plans, manage budgets, and track return on investment for client events
  • Build, review, and edit content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and other associated content
  • Develop and implement PR plans, oversee media agencies, and assess SOV results
  • Track, measure, and report on the efficiency of marketing activities
  • And other responsibilities as required

What you bring:

  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketing
  • Proven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native Japanese speaker, proficiency in English is a plus

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in completing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
