Suno is scaling quickly, and growth is a first-class engineering problem. As more creators discover the platform, we need systems that make onboarding seamless, experimentation fast, and learning from user behavior automatic.
This role exists for an engineer who wants to own growth as a product surface—someone who enjoys combining data, systems, and intuition to bring Suno to millions more users. You’ll be part of a small group of early generalists shaping how growth is built, measured, and scaled.
As a Growth Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of product, data, and user experience. Your work will directly influence how users find Suno, get started, and keep coming back.
You will:
Build and optimize features that drive acquisition, onboarding, and long-term engagement
Design and run data-driven experiments to improve retention, conversion, and activation
Partner closely with product and marketing to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities
Build systems and pipelines that analyze usage patterns and inform product decisions
Create scalable, performant integrations that support growth initiatives and campaigns
Iterate quickly, measure impact, and continuously refine based on real user data

You likely:
Enjoy operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Think of growth as both a technical and product problem
Care deeply about user experience and polish
Are excited by creative tools, music, and culture-driven products
5+ years of experience in engineering, growth engineering, or a similar technical role
Strong full-stack development experience, ideally in growth or analytics-heavy environments
Proven experience working with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and user tracking
Ability to translate data into insights and actionable product strategies
Comfort designing experiments and evaluating results rigorously
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, and/or Snowflake
Web experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Prior experience working on consumer-facing products at scale
A genuine love for music and creative experimentation
