This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Credit Secondary team with a broad range of administrative tasks and operational support. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for leaders in the team and will help build a professional and welcoming environment. In addition, this person will provide project coordination and administration support for key team initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
Highly organized and able to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
A self-directed team player who can work independently to fulfill their responsibilities with minimal direction and supervision
Able to communicate professionally and confidentially with colleagues of all levels and across multiple teams
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
What you will do:
Update and maintain calendars for team members, including management of calendar conflicts and calibration
Book travel arrangements as necessary, supervise last minute changes, add travel details to calendars, and build itineraries
Prepare expense reports in a timely manner
Schedule meetings, conference calls and book conference rooms
Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner, fielding requests and questions from a wide variety of internal constituents
Become adept in using internal technology to upload documents, prepare materials, and communicate
Plan and organize outside events (Team outings, Holiday party, etc.) including contract review and budgetary considerations
And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
Proven experience supporting a senior level leader in Financial Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Education Preferred
Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
Experience
3-5 years of administrative experience

Salary Range
$83,000.00 - $137,000.00This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for the payment of overtime.
