The Digital Strategy & Insights team at Blackstone is a nimble group that seeks to deliver on the group’s mandate to leverage brand marketing to drive commercial impact. We oversee the firm’s social media program, web footprint, firm-level email marketing, advertising/paid media activities, research and analytics for Corporate Affairs as well as the marketing tech stack in partnership with our tech team.

The Role:

We are looking for a smart, entrepreneurial team member who can support and enable us to scale our team’s output across channels, manage workflows and approvals, and help augment our reporting. This role will have an exciting opportunity to get steeped in all core disciplines in digital marketing – analytics, social media, paid media, website and email marketing – while supporting the team’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain digital channel activation calendars and ensure on-time delivery

  • Manage workflows and approvals for content being distributed across a variety of owned and paid channels that ensure high-quality execution

  • Pull and analyze performance data across digital channels (e.g. web, social, email, paid, events), and communicate results and recommendations to the marketing team and business stakeholders

  • Communicate and drive firmwide adoption of best practices for our primary channels (social, web, email)

  • Assist in managing day-to-day social media content creation in our pipelines as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders across the firm on distribution and activation plans

  • Help setup of new Blackstone.com webpages and content updates, build and deploy marketing emails to a wide range of external stakeholders

  • Support the execution of research and analytics projects, including pulling reports, running analyses, collaborating with channel owners, compiling findings into succinct narratives, and navigating stakeholder feedback

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience with analytics is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.) and social/digital marketing management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Pardot, Tableau, SproutSocial, etc.) is preferred

  • Analytical skills to identify and report back strategic findings

  • Strong written communication skills and creative sensibility

  • Adaptable mindset and determined attitude with the capacity to adjust to changing environments

  • Demonstrated passion for understanding financial subject matter

Expected annual base salary range:

$85,000 - $115,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
