This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • Proficient with pinpointing issues, examining their root cause, and offering efficient remedies to address intricate business challenges.
  • Proficient in asking inclusive and effective questions, engaging with collaborators and teammates effectively, and contextually adapting engagement approaches.
  • Proficiently navigates landscape of organizational processes, assess their impact, and strategically aligns work to drive efficiency and resilience.
  • Dissect complex problems, recognize patterns, and delve into the underlying intricacies of business processes.
  • Effectively communicate and present complex information to collaborators, clients, and project teams using spoken and written mediums.
  • Understand the SLDC, Scrum, and other agile delivery methodologies used in IT Project delivery.
  • Experience in Power BI for data visualization and Power Automate for process automation preferred but not required

What you will do:

  • Work with business partner(s) to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs for project teams to develop.
  • Acquires key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies.
  • Clearly articulate and document business requirements.
  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands as it relates to projects and the IT ecosystem.
  • Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs for new functionality.
  • Support and drive user testing and production confirmation of delivered functionality, to include data validation.

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years BA experience in platforms, information technology, and processes preferred (Associate level)
