Position Overview

Apollo is seeking a talented individual to join the Client and Product Solutions team to provide ongoing capital raise support for the Asia Pacific region, working closely with Institutional Client Group. This role will play a key part in strengthening Apollo’s relationships with institutional investors across Asia Pacific by driving operational excellence in client engagement, data management, and fundraising analytics

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Support, Data Management and Technology

  • Coordinate with Asia ICG Sales teams to curate distribution lists for client events (e.g., Annual Meetings, webcasts, Fund updates, etc).

  • Partner with Product Management to provide detail on Asia ICG clients as needed – helping pull pipelines, meeting summaries, create ad-hoc lists, etc.

  • Generate insights and analytics on client engagement trends and fundraising progress to support strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of data management workflows and reporting automation to improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain up-to-date primary contacts for existing relationships during role transitions, coverage changes, or departures, ensuring Salesforce reflects the latest information.

  • Where needed, help coordinate targeted contact lists and product webinar launches arrangements with Marketing to tailor and maintain end communication with Asia-based investors.

  • Represent ICG in leading Salesforce and Tableau workstreams with Technology teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring LPs, opportunities, meeting notes, and contact records are accurately maintained.

  • Proactively flag and troubleshoot any issues with our Asia ICG salesforce data – when an issue is recognized, spearhead its solution with the relevant teams.

  • Assist with data mining and research tasks for internal or external requests (e.g., competitor mapping, news articles, new LP activity).

  • Maintain Asia-relevant generic marketing materials across products for pitches, ensuring necessary internal compliance approvals are obtained.

Roadshow Coordination and Team Organization

  • Lead cross-Asia ICG coordination efforts, ensuring all roadshows are accurately tracked and maintained in the master tracker on Box.

  • Drive proactive communication with teams to ensure briefing pack templates for roadshows are completed and submitted on schedule — consolidating inputs, organizing materials, and sharing finalized versions with visiting PMs or Product Specialists.

  • Support efficient team operations by managing the Asia ICG Box — ensuring all key documents, trackers, and folders are systematically organized, accessible, and kept up to date.

ICG Business Management and Key Business Updates

  • Put together executive-level updates detailing recent wins, key events, senior executive travel to the region, and key roadshows.

  • Support the quarterly QBR process — processing cap raised data, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and organizing it into digestible formats for senior leadership updates

  • Collaborate with the SPP Strategy Lead to monitor Key Account activity, ensuring meeting notes and opportunity updates are accurately reflected in Salesforce.

  • Support logistics management for meetings and events — including coordinating materials, invites, and venue arrangements.

  • Coordinate with Finance to consolidate, reconcile, and help resolve differences between Apollo internal capital raise records and Salesforce client capital raise data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of prior experience in an investor relations role at a financial services firm, preferably an asset manager or investment bank

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Box or similar document management systems preferred

  • Strong communicator, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude
