Position Overview

  • Work closely with the Middle East ICG Team, supporting the day-to-day business management and client account servicing in the region.

  • Manage a wide range of client servicing responsibilities for the Middle East investor base, ensuring prompt responses to investor inquiries and delivering high-quality communications to clients.

  • Partner with Product Strategy and other teams to handle firm and product data requests, maintain the investor sales pipeline, and oversee Salesforce activity and internal reporting for the Middle East region.

  • Assist ICG team in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, internal presentation materials, briefing memos, and reporting requests.

  • Lead on production of strategic materials for senior management, including client mapping and planning.

  • Participate in internal and external sales meetings, taking detailed, organized notes and summarizing follow-ups, ownerships, and deadlines effectively.

  • Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant asset management and client- and product-related experience.

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

  • Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn are critical.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate complexity with simplicity.

  • Strategic thinker with strong judgement.

  • Professional and personal integrity.

  • Proficient in excel with the ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet.

  • Highly proficient and creative in PowerPoint with the ability to create marketing slides, enhance our sales pitch, and update data.

  • Self-starter who can work effectively within a team, as well as independently.
