This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

Able to work across multiple teams and different levels of seniority
Highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
Committed to quality work and prompt attention to detail
Experienced with RFPs, and/or investor communications (ideal, not required)
What you will do:
Support Account Managers in all aspects of the fundraising cycle from managing pipeline of fundraising opportunities, prospect and investor tracking, client questionnaires, presentations, due diligence meetings, closing of investor commitments and client service requests afterwards
Work closely with the Marketing team, RFP team, Client Services team and other firm wide functions across all seniority levels to win new clients and service existing clients
Market research, competitor analysis, client segmentation analysis
Prepare tailored Salesforce / Preqin / other reporting and analysis
Analyze and prepare internal presentations on fundraising, and ad hoc topics
Cash flow modelling for existing and new commitments
Support LP due diligence requests and coordinate investor queries
Support broader investor relations teams in dealing with new product development, existing clients and prospective investors
Identify sponsorship opportunities and assist in the approval process and preparation and planning for the event
What you bring:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong client service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Salesforce (ideal but not required)
Private market knowledge (preferred)
Education Preferred
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience
Minimum 2 years in finance or alternative investments, including roles within family offices, private wealth banks, distributors, or other investment-oriented environments
