We are seeking full-time Analysts to join our Liquid Structured Credit team in the summer of 2026. This role will be based in our Boston office.
The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience in investing. Applicants should exhibit the following skills and/or experiences:
Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience
Self-driven and intellectually curious
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Throughout the analyst program you will:
Conduct deep, company-specific research, including attending management meetings, on-site diligence with customers and suppliers, and attend relevant industry conferences
Perform industry-level analyses to inform the investment process and provide critical context
Develop detailed financial models, including earnings projections and valuation analyses, to inform investment decisions
Generate thoughtful, proactive buy/sell recommendations and communicate investment theses clearly to the team
The Credit Analyst opportunity is available only to students who are currently in an undergraduate program.
