SimpleCITI Companies — Hiring for VP of Strategic Compute Sales (B300 GPUs)
SimpleCompute, a division of SimpleCITI Companies, is hiring a Vice President of Strategic Compute Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy and revenue execution for our inaugural deployment of 128 NVIDIA B300 GPUs (16 clusters of 8-GPU nodes). The ideal candidate is a proven dealmaker with deep relationships in the GPU compute ecosystem, an active book of business, and experience structuring high-value contracts involving H100/H200-class infrastructure.
This is a high-visibility, founder-track role reporting to the COO with board access, significant equity participation, and uncapped commission.
COMPENSATION
• $200,000 – $250,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission structure based on GPU lease-up and revenue performance
• Substantial equity package tied to sales milestones and utilization rates
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lease 128 NVIDIA B300 GPUs via long-term contracts and on-demand usage
• Close pre-sale agreements prior to December 1, 2025, go-live date
• Own pricing strategy, SLA structuring, and lease negotiations
• Activate and manage partnerships with aggregators, GPU marketplaces, brokers, and channels
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Tier 1 buyers, including:
CHANNELS YOU WILL DRIVE
• Enterprise and LLM infrastructure buyers seeking B300 capacity
• AI research labs and startups building on dedicated compute
• GPU marketplaces (e.g., SF Compute, HydroHost, FluidStack, CUDA)
• Value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and cloud consultants (WWT, SHI, CDW, etc.)
• DevOps firms and managed service providers (MSPs) supporting AI/ML workloads
• GTM advisors, referral networks, and high-value introducers

• High-level communication skills and a strong commercial instinct
